What this policy covers

This policy describes how A-Hut handles information submitted through this website and through direct phone or email contact. It replaces the template policy published on the previous version of this site.

Information we receive

When you use the inquiry form, the details you filled in are sent to our own server, which forwards them by email to A-Hut — typically your name, email address, phone number, property location, intended use, and any message you write. The form is not connected to a third-party form service and the details are not stored in a marketing database.

When you call or email us directly, we receive whatever contact details and property information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use the information to answer your inquiry, review feasibility for the property you describe, and follow up about a possible project. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how pages are found and used. It sets analytics cookies in your browser. No advertising or remarketing account is connected, and no advertising cookies are set.

The measurement events we send are limited to a fixed list: page views, clicks on a call or email link, clicks on a model card or a main call-to-action, that an inquiry form was started and successfully submitted, and page-speed timings. They carry only non-personal values such as the page path, the model selected, the intended use, the referring site and campaign values. Your name, email address, phone number, property address and the free text you write are never included.

Measurement runs only on the published a-hut.com site; preview and development versions send nothing.

Retention

Inquiry emails and related correspondence are kept in our email system for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation.

Your requests

You can ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond directly.
