What this policy covers

This policy describes how A-Hut handles information submitted through this website and through direct phone or email contact. It replaces the template policy published on the previous version of this site.

Information we receive

When you use the inquiry form, your browser composes an email to A-Hut containing only the fields you filled in — typically your name, email address, phone number, property location, intended use, and any message you write. The form does not transmit anything to a database or third-party form service.

When you call or email us directly, we receive whatever contact details and property information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use the information to answer your inquiry, review feasibility for the property you describe, and follow up about a possible project. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. Interaction events (for example, that an inquiry form was submitted and which model was selected) are pushed to a client-side data layer so that a measurement tool can be connected later. Free-text message content and personal details are never included in those events.

No analytics or advertising account is currently configured on this site.

Retention

Inquiry emails and related correspondence are kept in our email system for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation.
